We chose Buka as the handsome young man to sire Kierra's second litter. Buka's sire, Cracker was another dog that we had followed and admired for many years. He would reguarly place highly in the big classes at Specialty shows along with Kierra's brother Cooper; both these boys shared many similarities with lovely breed type, moderate size and proportions and beautiful movement. Buka certainly shares many of the lovely attributes of his sire, and also brings with him another lovely tie-in to Bearstar Ko, through his Kipsigis lines. The combination produced a lovley litter of 10 ridged puppies but 1 was stillborn, and another little girl 'Thumbelina' lost her fight at 10 days old. Two of the girls, Saran and Ffion have remained with us at Kushika and proven very successful for us in conformation, tracking as a brood bitches in their own right, and their brother Sabi has also gained his Australian Champion status and Endurance title and is a much loved and cherished by Jade, Eric and family.
